Cisco has extended its warranty from 90 days to Limited Lifetime Warranty (LLW) for the Cisco® Catalyst® 3560-E, 3750-E, 4500, and 4500-E Series Switches. We have also changed our software update policy for the Cisco® Catalyst® 3750-E, 3560-E, 3750, 3560, 4500, and 4500-E Series Switches to be consistent in providing support for lifetime bug fixes and updates containing minor enhancements for Cisco LAN Base and IP Base Software images. IP Services and Enterprise Services Software images will require an appropriate service contract for updates.
